PRISM Collect is a customized Open Data Kit Collect (ODK) Collect app that is use for Philippine Rice Information System (PRISM) Project of Department of Agriculture (DA) for field data collection. It replaces the paper based data collection with electronic form installed on an android phones capable of geolocation. PRISM collect is designed to collect data nationwide, gathering field data condition, farmers interview, GPS and images in the field.
PRISM Collect is designed to send collected data through internet/network using cellular network or WiFi during the data collection. It can also collect data offline and sends the collected data when back online or copy the instances from the device and upload it to the server.
